Q: What/Where is this picture....
A: That is the Washington Public Power Supply System (WPPSS pronounced woops LOL) and it is located outside a town call Satsop, WA in Grays Harbor County. We passed it on the highway out to Ocean Shores. I've seen this place many times in my travels of the state and I just laugh at the wastefulness of it. WPPSS built this and the Hanford Nuclear site, went over budget, took too long and ended up not even using this facility due to the fact that hydro power was much more efficient and better enviromentally for our area.
